Its 5-10 minutes away from: MRT station, bus stops, Zheng zhi university, hiking trails and there's a 5KM bicycle track behind the house alongside the Jingmei river. Only 12,000$Nt a month! All the furniture is mine (TV, fridge, sofa, beds, microwave, oven, carpet, closets, desks, tables and chairs, lamps, dishes, etc.) But since i'm moving out soon, I'd be willing to sell ALL, EVERYTHING, for 5000$NT if you move in.
